职位概况

AmazingTalker 客戶體驗團隊招募遠端兼職晚班客服專員，透過電郵與線上客服協助學生與教師解決平台使用問題。工作地點全遠端，每週需投入 20 小時以上，薪資月薪 32,000 至 40,000 元新台幣（晚班津貼另計）。

主要职责

透過電郵、線上客服協助學生與教師解決平台使用問題
主動整理用戶反饋，辨識重複出現的痛點
跨部門溝通（產品、工程、營運），協調問題的根本解決
持續優化 FAQ 與 SOP

任职要求

中文打字流暢，能清楚表達複雜概念
有耐心、具同理心，情緒管理穩定，邏輯清晰
能配合週末或假日輪班，具備穩定網路與安靜的遠端工作空間
有客服、門市銷售或服務業經驗者為加分
