职位概况
我们是一家全球布局的生技制药公司，现诚聘财务会计经理，负责台湾及美、日、韩等地区转投公司的财务管理与风险控制，提供在全球市场发挥影响力的机会。
主要职责
- 优化并制定国内外转投公司财会管理办法，推动执行。
- 建立并完善财会核算体系，覆盖美国、日本、韩国等地区。
- 编制、审阅集团及转投公司的财务报表、分析报告。
- 制定年度预算，进行编制、追踪与分析。
- 构建财会风险管控机制，确保合规性。
- 配合高层完成各项财务任务及主管交办事项。
任职要求
- 具备八年以上财会主管相关工作经验。
- 良好的沟通协调能力，细心、积极主动，抗压性高。
- 具备团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 英文流利，能够进行书面及口头沟通。
