About the role

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full‑cycle accounting and financial operations in Taiwan. The role ensures compliance with Taiwanese GAAP and tax regulations while providing financial analysis to support business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations, aligned with Taiwanese GAAP.
• Prepare financial statements and execute monthly and annual closing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Taiwanese tax regulations and coordinate tax filings.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor variances, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain internal controls, coordinate internal and external audits.
• Provide financial analysis and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• 5–7 years of accounting and tax experience in Taiwan.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwanese accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Experience with group reporting, audits, and tax filings.
• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
• Fluency in Chinese and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
