职位概况
加入 PwC 风险控制团队，负责公司治理与风险管理，确保在快速变动的法规环境中保持最高的专业与道德标准。
主要职责
- 持续追踪国内外关键法规（如会计师法、职业道德规范）并评估影响。
- 主导或参与内部控制政策与制度的研拟、修订与推行。
- 为跨部门项目提供法务建议与风险评估，成为可信赖的商业伙伴。
任职要求
- 具备5年以上法律、法务或合规相关工作经验。
- 熟悉智慧财产权、个人资料保护法或洗钱防制法等特定法规领域。
- 优秀的沟通、协调与跨团队合作能力。
- 具备耐心与逻辑思维，能处理复杂法务议题。
必备技能
- 法规解读与合规风险评估能力。
