职位概况
我们正在寻找具备全栈开发能力且热衷于大语言模型（LLM）与 AI 智能体的软件工程师，能够在快节奏的创业环境中独立交付高质量产品。
主要职责
- 使用 React Native、Go 服务、API 与数据管道构建并扩展全栈产品体验。
- 研发基于 LLM 与 AI 智能体的业务功能，处理复杂工作流。
- 负责系统的安全、可靠性、可观测性与性能优化。
- 从需求设计、实现、部署到迭代全流程负责功能特性。
- 编写整洁、经过充分测试的代码并快速交付。
任职要求
- 在生产系统或有影响力项目中验证过扎实的软件工程经验。
- 熟练掌握前端/后端跨界开发，具备良好的编码、调试与性能优化能力。
- 具备 React / React Native 开发经验，熟悉 Golang 更佳。
- 对 LLM、AI 智能体或 AI 驱动的应用有兴趣或实践经验。
- 具备主人翁意识、分析性思维，能在模糊环境中快速学习并协作。
