职位概况
负责工厂内机械设备的检查、维修、安装及故障排除，参与新厂设备调试并推动可靠性改进。
主要职责
- 执行预防性保养任务，及时响应维修请求。
- 对往复式、离心式、隔膜式、螺旋式压缩机及各类泵、真空泵、热交换器、鼓风机等设备进行故障诊断与维修。
- 协助新厂设备的调试、安装及可靠性提升项目。
- 管理承包商的安全、质量及可靠性，确保符合APCI和台湾法规。
- 编写技术报告、每周工时报告，推动持续改进。
任职要求
- 具备机械设备维护与故障排除经验。
- 熟悉压缩机、泵浦、真空泵、热交换器等工业设备。
- 了解安全、健康及环境标准，能够参与安全培训与评估。
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能与部门同仁共享技术经验。
必备技能
- 压缩机（往复式、离心式、隔膜式、螺旋式）维护
- 泵浦（低温泵、离心泵、真空泵）维修
- 热交换器、鼓风机、膨胀机、齿轮箱等设备调试
- 设备可靠性改进与预防性保养
