职位概况
负责高雄大林电厂工业烟囱（约80米）项目的现场管理，统筹施工进度、人员、设备及安全质量，确保项目按期交付。
主要职责
- 规划并管理整体工地工作排程，调配人力、机具、材料。
- 审查并批准施工方案、风险评估及工作许可。
- 每日审阅工地日志，编制周报/月报并向项目经理汇报。
- 主持现场协调会，确保信息传达至所有分包商和现场人员。
- 监督滑模混凝土及内部钢制烟道施工的品质与安全合规。
- 管理现场物流、材料交付与设备分配，落实安全规范。
任职要求
- 持有效工地主任证照。
- 具工业或土木营建现场管理实务经验。
- 熟悉台湾营建法规及现场安全法令。
- 中文（繁体）听说读写流利，具英文沟通能力者佳。
必备技能
- 滑模混凝土施工技术。
- 钢制烟道施工管理。
- 现场安全与质量控制。
- 项目进度与物流管理。
