职位概况

负责监督空调工程现场施工，确保进度、质量和安全符合要求，协调各工种及分包商，推动项目顺利交付。

主要职责

管控施工进度、质量与安全。
协调跨工种施工，管理分包商。
审阅施工图纸与计划书，确保现场与设计一致。
监督设备安装，配合试车并协助现场问题排除。
办理工程查验与验收，撰写施工日报与进度报告。
协助请款及工程追加/减（VO）文件。
与业主、顾问、总包进行沟通协调。

任职要求

具备空调或建筑工程现场管理经验。
熟悉施工图审阅与现场质量控制。
能够有效协调分包商和多专业团队。
具备良好的沟通与问题解决能力。

必备技能

现场施工监督与进度管理。
施工图审阅与质量检查。
分包商管理与跨专业协调。
