本岗位负责为企业提供公司法、證交法等投資法令諮詢，並協助公司設立、變更登記及資本額查核等相關服務，工作地點位於新竹。

主要职责

提供公司法、證交法等投資法令諮詢服務。
參與企業併購與重組專案的諮詢與執行。
負責公司設立、變更登記及資本額查核。
協助僑外資、陸資、對外及對大陸投資申請。
處理境外公司設立、變更及維運事宜。
與客戶及主管機關保持聯繫與溝通。

任职要求

具備商學背景者優先。
英文能力需達TOEIC 650分或等同測驗分數。
