职位概况

负责每日产线的生产管理与异常处理，制定生产目标并规划产线人员作业，提升稼动率，降低成本。

主要职责

计划、指挥产品制造的生产活动，管控生产排程、产量与交期。
监控并执行产品生产过程与质量，管理UPTIME、生产力、产出达成率等绩效指标。
制定年度Cost down计划、预算编列与执行，提升生产效率。
制定绩效标准，定期监督产线人员工作并记录考核。

任职要求

具备3年以上产线管理经验。
熟悉SOP、FMEA、CONTROL PLAN、OCAP概念。
有机械或出货测试相关工作经验5年以上者优先。
