职位概况

负责每日产线的生产管理与异常处理，统筹计划、指挥产品制造活动。制定生产目标并规划人员作业，提升稼动率、降低成本。

主要职责

规划产线人力作业并管控生产排程、产量与交期。
监控生产过程与产品质量，提升稼动率并降低成本。
进行生产绩效管理，包括UPTIME、生产力、产出达成率等。
编列并执行年度成本下降计划与预算。

任职要求

至少三年以上产线管理经验。
熟悉SOP、FMEA、CONTROL PLAN、OCAP概念。
具备生产排程与物料库存管理经验者佳。
