职位概况
大社厂招聘生产技术员，工作地点位于高雄市大社区旗楠路101-2号。提供早、晚两班12小时轮班制，录取即为正式全职员工，并享有留任奖金。
主要职责
- 站立操作生产机台，确保生产线顺畅运行。
- 使用显微镜进行产品检测（部分单位）。
- 配合产能需求进行加班。
任职要求
- 能适应早班（07:30~19:30）或晚班（19:30~07:30）工作时间。
- 具备站立工作和轮班的体力条件。
- 持有效身份证件，面试时携带笔。
必备技能
- 机台操作能力。
- 显微镜使用经验（如有）。
我们提供
- 早班月薪31,680元起，晚班月薪36,370元起（另计加班费与奖金）。
- 正式全职聘用，享有留任奖金。
- 两天工作、两天休息的弹性排班。
