职位概况
裕利醫藥招聘客服专员，负责世界知名药厂、耗材厂商在全台的配送采购流程，协助完成每日报价、文档处理及问题排解。
主要职责
- 处理医院、诊所、药局及连锁通路的订单。
- 协助处理收货异常、退货及特殊需求。
- 回复客户及业务的订单进度查询，确保信息准确。
- 防止因收据作废导致的货品损失，维护公司资料安全与保密。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，具中文及台语口说能力。
- 良好电话客服技巧，能同时处理多任务。
- 打字速度每分钟30字以上。
- 可弹性配合上班时间，工作满三个月后可享绩效奖金。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件。
- 具SAP系统（英文界面）操作经验者佳。
