职位概况
负责依据工厂扩产计划制定设备规格、采购、安装与调试，确保扩产顺利进行，并推动设备改进、自动化及工业4.0项目。
主要职责
- 制定并执行新设备的规格、采购、安装及测试。
- 开展设备改进方案，降低停机次数与时间，提升MTBF、降低MTTR。
- 制定并落实成本降低计划，提升设备效能并导入自动化项目。
- 推动工业4.0及AI应用项目的实施。
- 安排并监督设备保养计划，延长设备使用寿命。
- 组织保养及维修人员的技能培训与考核。
任职要求
- 具备设备工程或相关专业背景。
- 了解设备采购、安装、调试流程。
- 熟悉设备维护保养及故障诊断。
- 具备成本控制与项目管理经验。
必备技能
- 设备规格制定与技术评估。
- 设备安装调试与性能验证。
- 设备维护保养计划编制与执行。
- 工业4.0、自动化及AI项目实施经验。
