职位概况
负责在内湖地区规划并执行年度培训计划，提升组织培训效果，支持人才发展与文化转型。
主要职责
- 制定并落实年度培训计划，跟踪培训成效。
- 进行培训效果评估并提出改进建议。
- 依据公司政策和组织需求提供培训与人才发展方案。
- 策划并执行文化转型项目及相关活动。
- 制作培训宣传素材，如海报、EDM等。
- 协助其他人力资源项目及完成主管交办任务。
任职要求
- 具备培训或人力资源相关经验。
- 熟悉培训项目的策划与执行流程。
- 具备良好的沟通与协调能力。
- 能够进行培训效果评估并提供优化建议。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
- 具备制作宣传素材的基本设计能力。
