职位概况
负责AECOM台灣建築與人居環境部景觀建築團隊的設計領導工作，主導多元化的城市、生态及社會議題專案，提升社區宜居與永續發展。
主要职责
- 主導概念、方案、細部設計及施工圖說，確保成果符合品質標準。
- 管理跨專業整合專案，協調內部團隊、工程師與環境專家。
- 編製詳細設計圖、平面圖、剖面圖及技術規範。
- 參與客戶簡報與設計審查，傳達設計理念與進度。
- 提供施工階段支援，審查送審文件並進行現場勘查。
任职要求
- 相關科系大學以上學歷（都市設計、規劃、建築等）。
- 10 年以上相關工作經驗，具都市設計或規劃背景佳。
- 中文母語或流利，具良好英文能力者優先。
- 具備空間規劃與總體規劃、可行性評估經驗。
- 細心、注重細節，具卓越的組織與統籌能力。
必备技能
- 熟練使用 SketchUp、Photoshop、Illustrator、AutoCAD、PowerPoint。
