About the role
The NVM Reliability team characterizes, models, and enables next‑generation non‑volatile memory technologies across the company, supporting new product creation.
Key responsibilities
- Interface with foundries and external technology/IP suppliers to assess reliability margins for product applications.
- Establish qualification requirements for new technology and product introductions.
- Perform rigorous statistical analysis of reliability characterization data.
- Support volume production by collaborating with product groups to mitigate risk areas.
- Provide business groups with technical information, reliability results, risk assessments, and consultation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or equivalent.
- 2‑5 years of industry experience in data processing and analysis.
- Interest in statistics and solid‑state device fundamentals, especially for split‑gate flash, MRAM, and RRAM.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a team.
- Effective communication in English and Mandarin.
