New Account Manager - Industrial

About the role

CSA Group is seeking an energetic Account Manager to grow its industrial customer base. You will be responsible for establishing new account relationships and meeting personal sales targets across the full range of CSA Group services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers within an assigned territory using lead generation and direct solicitation.
• Prepare written cost proposals in collaboration with Technical Specialists and Operations staff.
• Contact former CSA Group customers who have moved to other agencies to attempt to regain business.
• Maintain and develop a network of contacts based on experience, reputation, and influence.
• Provide periodic written reports on calls, proposals, quotes, expenses, travel, and trade‑show activities.
• Evaluate industry reports, territory databases, and competitive information to support territory analysis and reporting.
• Participate in relevant associations and external organizations as directed by management.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and developing new business.
• Strong written communication skills for proposals and reporting.
