Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in the data centre infrastructure market. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, and equipment manufacturers, and promoting innovative cooling and power solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in liquid cooling, air cooling, rack‑level power distribution, and electrical protection for data centres.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new sensor, switch, and power conversion technologies.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, hyperscalers, and system integrators.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to align customer needs with product roadmaps.
• Lead contract negotiations and support pricing strategies together with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Oversee new account development within an assigned geographic territory and product line.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of new business and advise on prospect engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA or technical graduate degree preferred.
• Proven experience in business development or strategic sales within data‑centre infrastructure, HVAC/R, or electrical systems.
• Track record of engaging hyperscalers and OEMs and closing complex deals in high‑growth verticals.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
