Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial growth plans across European markets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within IVF clinics and fertility organisations.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, embryologists, laboratory leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Present the company's technologies and value proposition to prospective customers.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, evaluations, onboarding activities, and customer support processes.
• Manage distributors and commercial partners across assigned territories.
• Maintain sales pipeline management, account plans, and forecasting accuracy.
• Collect market intelligence and competitive insights to support business strategy.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive market adoption.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Background in medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences, or related healthcare industries.
• Proven success in new business development and market expansion.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic growth environment.
