Marketing Operations Executive

About the role

As a Marketing Operations Executive you will ensure product and customer engagement programs are delivered with operational excellence, leveraging digital tools and data‑driven insights to create outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end product operations, including renewal gift fulfillment, benefit administration and support for premium card products.
• Coordinate product communications, maintain accurate and compliant content, and document operational processes.
• Plan and execute customer engagement initiatives such as birthday gift programs and appreciation campaigns, working with external vendors.
• Maintain the Facebook channel, support digital marketing campaigns, and monitor execution for continuous improvement.
• Handle large operational datasets, produce performance reports, and apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technology, Customer Service, Compliance and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing operations, CRM, digital marketing, project or product operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and external vendors.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies with hands‑on experience using productivity tools.
• Basic understanding of SQL, Python, APIs and automation workflows.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
