职位概况

负责品牌官方網站及官方購物平台的整体运营管理，规划商品上架、价格、促销及内容更新，提升用户体验并达成业绩目标。

主要职责

管理网站商品上架、价格、促销活动及内容更新，确保信息准确、体验最佳化。
制定并执行会员日、档期、节庆促销及新品上市活动，提升转化率、客单价和回购率。
分析流量来源、消费行为及购买路径，建立会员分层经营策略，策划EDM、LINE及CRM活动。
与品牌行销、媒体代理、IT、物流、客服等跨部门协作，推动网站功能优化与导流。
探索新兴数字商业模式，提出短中长期电商增长策略，提升DTC渠道营收占比。

任职要求

具备品牌官网或DTC电商平台管理经验。
熟悉网站运营及数字营销操作。
具备数据分析能力和商业敏感度。
拥有优秀的项目管理和跨部门沟通能力。
