Marketing Campaign Specialist

About the role

Binance is seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to lead end‑to‑end acquisition, rewards, referral and growth campaigns across its global markets. You will work closely with product, design, acquisition and regional teams to create compelling, data‑driven initiatives that attract, activate and retain users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise user acquisition, referral and reward campaigns from strategy through post‑campaign analysis.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and develop innovative incentive mechanisms.
• Collaborate with product, design, CRM and business development teams to ensure localized, high‑impact campaign execution.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging growth tactics to identify new opportunities.
• Analyse performance data and user insights to continuously improve campaign efficiency and key business metrics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; overseas education experience is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, campaign marketing, user growth or CRM.
• Experience in FinTech, brokerage, trading or financial services is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation skills.
