E‑Commerce & Digital Solution Supervisor

About the role

The E‑Commerce & Digital Solution Supervisor will lead the development and execution of e‑commerce strategies for our property & casualty insurance products. You will be responsible for managing all digital sales channels and ensuring they meet growth and revenue targets while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement e‑commerce strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives for A&H products.
• Oversee end‑to‑end management of digital platforms, including website, mobile applications and online sales channels.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, IT and operations teams as well as external vendors to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Monitor and analyse digital sales performance, customer behaviour and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead digital projects such as platform enhancements, new feature launches and process automation.
• Ensure all digital initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on digital tools and processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry best practices and emerging e‑commerce and digital insurance technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital solutions or insurance (A&H experience preferred).
• Strong project management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Innovative, customer‑focused and results‑driven mindset.
