职位概况

我們正在尋找具備2至5年行銷與專案企劃經驗的資深數位行銷企劃，負責將內容轉化為客戶行動並追求可量化的行銷成果。

主要职责

根據業務目標與前線需求，規劃與執行線上獲客行銷活動，獨立掌控時程、跨部門協作與流程優化。
進行成效分析，確保活動具備明確的轉換目標與量化成果。
將產品內容轉化為投資人易於理解的文字，支援開戶獲客，持續追蹤與優化成效，設定具體量化目標。

任职要求

大學以上學歷，主修企管、市場行銷或財稅金融相關科系。
2至5年行銷及專案企劃經驗。
具備簡報製作與提案能力，能有效跨部門溝通協作。
能獨立完成專案規劃、執行及成效追蹤，並提供過往專案成效說明。
對證券金融產業有熱情，願意挑戰金融業數位行銷領域。
