Marketing Associate

About the role

CASETiFY is seeking a Marketing Associate who can hit the ground running in a fast‑paced environment. The role blends creative execution with data‑driven optimisation across digital, retail and CRM channels, ensuring brand consistency and strong customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Marketing Manager with copywriting for product, social, advertising and retail POP materials.
• Localise marketing content and coordinate the creation of regional creative assets.
• Work with Global E‑Commerce and CRM teams to optimise website journeys, implement new CRM tools and improve the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align regional and global marketing initiatives.
• Assist in planning, executing and tracking CRM campaigns, including eDM copy, asset coordination and performance analysis.
• Execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (online and offline) to meet defined KPIs.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in consumer‑facing brands.
• Strong commercial mindset with solid analytical abilities to turn data into actionable insights.
• Self‑driven, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment.
• Passion for technology, fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Excellent problem‑solving, interpersonal and detail‑orientation skills.
