Manager, Pricing & EFA Management

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Manager to lead Pricing and EFA (Equipment Financing Agreement) management in its Taipei commercial hub. The role partners with finance, legal, marketing and commercial teams to ensure robust contract approval, compliance and revenue recognition while driving profitability through pricing analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Own governance of EFA commercial agreements, ensuring due‑diligence, approval per local MAL and SOP procedures, and documentation using Profit Analysis Template (PAT) and Accounting Treatment Form (ATF).
• Coordinate legal approvals for deviations, conduct credit checks and validate accounting entries linked to contracts.
• Monitor and report monthly EFA KPIs, track remediation actions and participate in cross‑functional EFA governance committees.
• Lead compliance billing, oversee revenue recognition criteria, and communicate bad‑debt provisions to finance.
• Partner with commercial, legal, finance and BPA teams to provide AR information, deal analysis and pricing guidance.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies, manage product list prices and ASP, and perform financial simulations for rebates, promotions and commercial programs.
• Provide training and updates on EFA processes and maintain alignment of local SOPs with regional standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pricing, contract governance or financial analysis within a commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, credit assessment and compliance monitoring.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, legal, commercial and operations teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
