Manager, Customer and Commercial Operations

About the role

Lead the After Hours Support organization across Taiwan, Southeast Asia, China and Japan, ensuring continuous operational coverage and high‑quality service for customers outside standard business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and customer support coverage for Taiwan, SEA, China and Japan during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Adapt departmental plans to address operational challenges and resource constraints.
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, ISO, audit and corporate governance standards.
• Lead performance reviews, talent pipeline development and structured training programs.
• Manage resources to support scalable and sustainable operations and lead succession planning.
• Represent the region in strategic systems and process transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrates in‑depth understanding of concepts and principles in the job family and basic knowledge of related families.
• Applies business and commercial expertise to differentiate from competition.
