Customer and Commercial Operations Specialist

About the role

Join Applied Materials in Hsinchu as a Customer and Commercial Operations Specialist, supporting quotes, orders, warranty claims and billing processes while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support quotes, orders, RMAs, and warranty claims; follow up on open transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery holds and execute TKM kit requests.
• Assist with billing, invoice reconciliation, and resolve invoice disputes.
• Provide proactive updates on high‑value orders and expedite parts.
• Monitor past‑due, obsolete, or problem parts and build system knowledge.
• Participate in system testing (RIT/UAT) and help resolve basic system issues under guidance.

Required profile

• Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline.
• Applies general business knowledge acquired through education or past experience.
• No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for technical contribution.
• Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems and makes judgments based on standard practices.
• Works within standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
