Major Account Executive – Senior Courier Account Manager (Kaohsiung/Tainan)

About the role

Join UPS, a Fortune Global 500 organization, as a Major Account Executive responsible for strategic accounts in the Kaohsiung and Tainan region. You will drive new business, deepen customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of UPS’s logistics and express services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts within the assigned territory.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and increase customer share of wallet.
• Conduct sales calls, customer presentations, business reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Lead RFQs, pricing discussions, and implementation handovers with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, account plans, and customer information in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and regional teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, express, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related industries.
• Proven track record in new business development and achieving sales targets.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and results‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
