Logistics Associate / Inventory Executive (1-year contract)

About the role

The Inventory Executive supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring that inventory data is accurate and consistent across systems. This fixed‑term position focuses on cycle counting, inventory transfers, BOM repacking plans, and reporting to maintain optimal stock health.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate stock count variances.
• Execute routine inventory movements, BOM activities, and inventory adjustments.
• Monitor shelf life and aging of stock, taking follow‑up actions per procedures.
• Support item creation and catalogue maintenance in the ERP/WMS system.
• Prepare inventory health dashboards, warehouse capacity reports, and operation performance metrics.
• Contribute to month‑end closing activities and inventory reporting.

Required profile

• Academic background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics or data handling.
• Good command of written English for work purposes.
• Familiarity with retail, FMCG, beauty or luxury sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or WMS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to create visual reports using Power BI.
