Legal Counsel

About the role

Continental Engineering Corp. is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to serve as the primary legal contact and business partner across the group. You will provide professional legal support, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting the company’s interests in all jurisdictions where it operates.

Key responsibilities

• Support corporate regulatory compliance, including training and promotional measures for all group companies.
• Manage legal disputes such as arbitration, mediation, and litigation on behalf of the business.
• Draft, structure, and review contracts, legal documents, and correspondence.
• Research legal issues and propose practical solutions that align with business objectives.
• Handle any additional legal matters assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Law degree and admission to the Taiwan Bar.
• At least 3 years of experience in an in‑house legal department or law firm.
• Strong independent judgment in managing corporate legal matters and litigation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with legal, business, and technical teams.
• Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English reading and writing.
