Key Account Specialist – E‑Commerce (MOMO Platform)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Specialist to manage our partnership with the MOMO e‑commerce platform. You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, sales performance and operational excellence across MOMO’s online marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with MOMO stakeholders to secure optimal brand positioning and commercial terms.
• Lead daily negotiations on pricing, promotions and platform support to maximize revenue while protecting margins.
• Track sales performance, profitability and key KPIs, delivering regular business updates and insights.
• Plan and execute major sales events (e.g., 11.11, Double 12, Anniversary Sales) and coordinate with the brand team on campaign visibility.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain partners to ensure stock availability, timely replenishment and effective demand planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, International Trade or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in e‑commerce or channel sales; familiarity with MOMO is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG or brand‑side roles is advantageous.
• High stress tolerance, self‑motivation and strong interpersonal skills.
