Graduate Sales Engineer

About the role

The Graduate Sales Engineer program at Emerson offers a structured, rotational experience across technical, sales, marketing and community functions for 6‑12 months, followed by placement on a career track based on performance and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in training on NI products, test and measurement fundamentals, and industry applications; support solution configuration, troubleshooting and proof‑of‑concept activities.
• Assist Sales Engineers and Account Managers in customer meetings, demonstrations and technical discussions; help identify and qualify pipeline opportunities.
• Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars and campaigns; create technical and commercial content for customer communication.
• Engage with university and user community programs to build ecosystem relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to translate solutions into business outcomes.
