职位概况
Onramp Lab 旗下 AI 对话平台 ContactLoop 招募 Junior QA Engineer，负责平台的发版验证与日常测试，协助建立 QA 测试体系。
主要职责
- 在 staging 环境执行手动测试，验证 Email、SMS、AI 语音等端到端递送。
- 验证多渠道序列行为（Email→SMS→AI Voice→Live Transfer），并记录通话接通情况。
- 使用英文 Trello 卡片上报 bug，提供重现步骤、严重程度及截图/录屏。
- 每周进行完整回归测试及发版前 Smoke 验证。
- 维护 Notion 中的测试案例库与回归清单。
- 在指导下使用 AI 工具起草测试案例、分析日志与通话逐字稿。
任职要求
- 细节导向、逻辑清晰，能撰写结构化的 bug 报告。
- 良好沟通能力，能清晰表达测试发现并主动同步进度。
- 具自发性，遇问题主动求证并提出改进建议。
- 英文读写能力佳，能阅读英文卡片与文档。
- 可配合台北办公室正常上班时间，出勤稳定。
必备技能
- Trello 或 Jira 等 bug 追踪工具。
- 基本 SQL 查询能力。
- Postman 用于 API 测试。
- 了解 Playwright、Cypress 等自动化测试框架。
- 具 SaaS/CRM/营销平台或电话语音产品测试经验者优先。
