Senior Technical Program Manager (TMS focused)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong product thinking to drive our Table Management System (TMS) and Food Ordering (FO) products, coordinating global partner integrations and improving restaurant front‑of‑house operations.

Key responsibilities

• Strategy & Prioritization: partner with stakeholders and UX to shape product vision, conduct market research, evaluate product and integration opportunities, and monitor partner‑driven metrics.
• Program Management: lead cross‑functional programs from planning to execution, coordinate engineering, design, QA, marketing and operations, manage product backlog, release and sprint planning, identify risks and ensure launch readiness.
• Global Partner Integration: own the end‑to‑end integration lifecycle, including scoping, API documentation, testing setup, development support, launch and post‑launch operations across booking platforms, POS, membership systems and regional partners.
• Stakeholder Management & F&B Insights: maintain intensive communication with internal and external stakeholders, translate merchant and partner feedback into product decisions, and support multi‑market delivery with localization requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience, preferably in B2B/B2B2C SaaS for F&B or hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of restaurant front‑of‑house operations such as reservations, table management, queuing, deposits, POS and food ordering.
• Hands‑on experience adding and expanding third‑party integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, API key management, end‑to‑end testing).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication skills, with the ability to work in English with global partners.
