负责绩效报表的开发与自动化串接，并结合社群与客户行为进行数据分析，帮助公司实现精准营销与业务决策。

主要职责

绩效报表开发与自动化串接，并进行可视化呈现。
结合社群资料与客户行为，进行客户画像分析、分群贴标及行为模型构建。
开发客户精准营销名单模型并追踪营销活动成效。
参与跨部门项目，利用内外部数据进行趋势判断并解决商业问题。

任职要求

具备SQL、R、Python、SAS等数据分析工具的实务经验。
对分析工作充满热忱，具备耐心、细节导向，能够通过数据发现问题并挖掘商机。
逻辑思维清晰，分析能力强，具备简报提案技巧，擅长使用可视化图表工具。
