职位概况
我们是一家领先的无线宽带通信公司，招聘具备 PCB 佈局经验的工程师，负责项目设计并确保布局质量，按时交付符合生产需求的产品。
主要职责
- 负责 PCB 佈局项目设计，执行 Valor 检查，维护布局质量。
- 根据客户规格规划布局方案，产出满足功能需求的设计。
- 确认 PCB 板厂工程资料，导入 SI、PI、EMI 规则。
- 进行布局成本优化，遵循 Design for Manufacture 提高生产可靠性。
- 依据 design guideline、芯片 datasheet、PCB stacking 等文件，在软件中设定符合要求的规范。
- 与主控经理人共同布局，领导团队完成多人协同布局任务。
任职要求
- 具备电气工程或工程物理相关学历（副学士或以上）。
- 熟悉 PCB 佈局软件及相关设计流程。
- 能够阅读并理解芯片 datasheet 与 PCB stacking 文档。
- 具备良好的团队协作与项目管理能力。
