职位概况
加入全球大型电子零组件集团的射频产品开发团队，负责高频互连及测试测量相关产品的电气设计、仿真、验证与认证，并与海外研发、制造及产品团队协同推进新产品。
主要职责
- 负责射频连接器、线缆组件及测试测量产品的电气设计与开发。
- 使用HFSS或其他电磁仿真工具进行射频仿真与设计优化。
- 规划并执行电气验证、认证及失效分析。
- 利用网络分析仪进行射频测量，分析插入损耗、回波损耗、阻抗匹配、信号完整性等性能。
- 与机械工程、全球工程、制造、质量及产品管理团队合作，提供项目技术领导并辅导 junior 工程师。
任职要求
- 电子、通信或相关专业本科以上学历。
- 5-8 年以上射频设计、测试或高频产品开发经验。
- 熟悉网络分析仪及射频测量设备。
- 具备HFSS或等效电磁仿真工具使用经验。
- 了解射频基础理论、传输线行为，具备产品验证与故障排查能力。
- 能够使用英文与海外团队沟通。
