IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks, providing technical support and driving continuous improvement across our Taipei office.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks for efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems, software, and hardware.
• Support divisions in automating processes and simplifying data input and extraction.
• Provide technical support to employees for IT‑related issues.
• Develop and implement IT policies to ensure security and integrity of systems and data.
• Conduct system audits, train employees on new tools, and lead integration projects.

Required skills

• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, VMware, and C++.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with domains, group policies, DNS, DHCP, and other network devices.
• Background in application support and project management.
