Instructional Designer

About the role

TutorABC is seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging, AI‑enhanced English lessons for learners ranging from preschool children to working professionals. You will own the full lifecycle of curriculum materials, from concept through testing and launch, ensuring a high‑quality virtual classroom experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine lesson plans, teaching materials, activities, and digital assets for preschool, kids, and adult programs.
• Develop interactive lessons using games, discussions, collaborative tasks, and strong visual design.
• Proofread, test, and iterate materials to guarantee accuracy, engagement, and ease of delivery for teachers.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools to streamline content production, prototype lessons, and explore new digital learning formats.
• Monitor EdTech trends and incorporate emerging AI technologies into curriculum design.
• Analyze classroom data and feedback to continuously improve learning materials.
• Maintain 100% linguistic and pedagogical accuracy across proprietary and publisher‑integrated content.
• Collaborate with Academic Directors to equip global faculty with effective teaching tools.

Required profile

• University degree in English Education, Linguistics, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in curriculum development or a strong willingness to integrate AI into the workflow.
• Familiarity with international English teaching curricula; TKT certification is a plus.

Required skills

• High proficiency with computer and AI tools for content production.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and digital authoring platforms.
