职位概况

保誠人壽e顧問北區訓練人員，負責保險商品教案開發、課程講授及業務輔導，協助提升業務團隊的專業能力。

主要职责

開發保險商品教案並進行課程講授。
提供商品行銷話術演練與業務人員輔導。
安排課程、追蹤訓練結果。
維護課程規劃與教案製作。

任职要求

持有人身保險、投資型保險、非投資型外幣保險等相關證照。
熟悉保險銷售模式與各類保險商品，能獨立完成訓練教材。
具一年以上保險訓練工作經驗。

必备技能

保險商品知識。
課程設計與講授能力。
業務輔導與話術演練技巧。
