職位簡介

Coupang 台灣透過「火箭速配」提供隔日到貨服務，並透過「火箭跨境」供應韓國、美國等地的商品，現招募庫存管理專員協助拓展業務。

主要職責

負責所屬商品類別的日常營運支援，與 Category Director 合作確保營運順暢
管理商品與供應商關鍵資料（商品資訊、分類、價格、作業設定），確保資料正確
每日執行營運檢核，檢視商品、訂單及供應商作業狀態，主動處理異常
透過系統修正商品或資料錯誤，並作為類別窗口負責供應商日常溝通（商品與訂單確認、出貨與交期更新）
協助團隊其他營運或專案事項

任职要求

具備良好溝通能力，能以 Email 為主、偶爾透過電話與供應商及內部溝通
電商、零售或營運相關經驗者佳

必備技能

熟悉 Excel 基本至進階操作（如樞紐分析、V lookup）
具備基本 SQL 或 Python 操作能力者加分
