Senior Manager, Program Management (Last Mile Capacity Planning)

About the role

Coupang is expanding its presence in Taiwan and is looking for a Senior Manager for the Last Mile Capacity Planning team, a key part of its fulfillment network. The team manages volume forecasting, carrier capacity allocation and delivery partner performance, working with Linehaul, Supply Chain, Commercial, Product, Program and Finance to ensure scalable delivery coverage, high SLA fulfillment and optimal unit economics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and run last-mile capacity and volume allocation models across Taiwan nodes, starting from customer delivery speed commitments
• Own short- and long-term volume forecasting and tender planning, keeping plan versus actual volume variance within target
• Manage delivery partner performance through contractual SLAs, capacity tender acceptance targets and governance frameworks
• Work with delivery camps to reduce driver dwell time, streamline staging and dispatch, and optimise camp capacity and fixed overhead absorption
• Use data analytics to find root causes of delivery failures, volume bottlenecks and carrier capacity dropouts, building automated solutions
• Set operational threshold bands (Green/Yellow/Red triggers) for volume surges, peak readiness and SLA breaches
• Partner with Product, Tech and BI teams to improve forecasting algorithms, tender automation and operational dashboards

Required profile

• Relevant experience in Last Mile Logistics, Capacity Planning, Transportation Network Design, Delivery Partner Management or Supply Chain Analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or a related field
• Proven experience managing outsourced delivery partner networks and governing vendor SLAs, unit economics and contractual performance
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to influence cross-functional leaders without authority
• Experience in fast-paced e-commerce, retail or delivery partner logistics preferred
• English required; Mandarin is a plus
