职位概况
负责静电吸盘（E‑chuck）维修及涂层服务，配合团队在规定交付时间内完成客户订单。工作内容灵活，可根据实际情况调整。
主要职责
- 执行E‑chuck维修、除污清洗及涂层作业。
- 支援工程师进行安全巡检、环境温湿度确认、6S维护。
- 进行设备保养、来料品质检查、常用物料点检。
- 完成产品来料检验、贴合、封胶、涂布、组装、平坦度测量、终检、包装及出货文件确认。
任职要求
- 大学以上学历，机械、化工、电子、电机、材料等相关专业尤佳。
- 2‑3 年以上工作经验，具备制造、半导体或化工行业背景者优先。
- 能接受现场动手操作与组装工作，具备积极主动的工作态度。
- 具备基本的 Word 与 Excel 操作能力，能够阅读或书写基础英文。
