Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will support the Taiwan business line, ensuring alignment with headquarters’ HR policies and full compliance with local labor regulations. You will deliver end‑to‑end HR solutions to business leaders, covering recruitment, performance management, talent development, employee relations and overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manpower planning & headcount management: track business goals, maintain talent pipelines, produce workforce analytics and succession plans.
• Recruitment & new‑hire management: lead local hiring, conduct interview evaluations, oversee onboarding and probation follow‑up, optimise talent channels and reduce turnover of key roles.
• Performance management & talent development: implement appraisal cycles, coach managers, calibrate performance, identify training needs and run high‑potential development programs.
• Labor compliance & employee relations: master Taiwan’s Labor Standards Act and related regulations, handle disputes, contracts, employee movements, exit interviews and mitigate legal risks.
• Policy localisation & cross‑regional collaboration: adapt HQ HR policies to the Taiwan context, work with COE, Compensation & Benefits and Administration on regional projects.
• Daily HR operations: manage attendance, benefits, HRIS maintenance, record keeping and regular reporting.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology.
• Minimum 3 years of HRBP or generalist experience with strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws.
• Experience in tech, retail or cross‑border industries is a plus.
• Fluent Chinese (written and spoken); basic English reading and writing preferred.
