HSE Business Partner – Warehousing & Depot

About the role

The HSE Business Partner will support site managers and safety champions in Taiwan to identify and control health, safety and environmental hazards across warehousing and depot operations, ensuring compliance with global standards and local legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify HSE hazards, apply hierarchy of controls and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Facilitate compliance with APMM global HSE framework and advise on local legal requirements.
• Lead root‑cause investigations of high‑potential incidents and drive learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR and Procurement to ensure HSE controls for third‑party labor.
• Support work planning, workplace redesign and equipment maintenance to prevent risks.
• Promote visual management tools such as toolbox talks and learning boards.
• Coordinate HSE committee meetings, waste management activities and local inspection programmes.
• Implement emergency response capabilities and act as liaison for external HSE consultants.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in HSE‑related roles within logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Class B Occupational Health and Safety Management Personnel licence (Taiwan).
• University degree in Health & Safety, Risk or Crisis Management is desirable.
• Strong collaboration, leadership and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking).
