About the role
Join Maersk’s global air freight team and deliver a superior customer experience to GCA Air customers. You will act as the first point of contact, proactively identify issues and ensure quick resolution while building strong relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, advocating for their needs internally.
- Own the end‑to‑end shipment process, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor and adhere to standard operating procedures and KPI targets.
- Identify upselling opportunities and drive business growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in air freight forwarding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of air freight end‑to‑end processes.
