HR Business Partner - R&D, L&D

About the role

Tomofun is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support its R&D and Learning & Development functions. The role will act as the primary HR advisor for engineering managers, helping align people strategies with business goals in a fast‑growing pet‑tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with R&D leaders to provide counsel on recruitment, talent planning, compensation, benefits and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition, learning & development, and compensation teams to design and deliver tailored HR solutions.
• Support workforce management initiatives, including succession planning and performance management.
• Drive employee development programs and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within the software technology sector.
• Strong understanding of HR practices related to recruitment, talent management, compensation, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
