Global Human Resources Director

About the role

TCI is seeking a Global Human Resources Director to act as a strategic partner to the business and drive the development of a world‑leading CDMO. You will shape the talent strategy, organizational design, and culture across multiple continents, ensuring the company’s growth objectives are supported by a high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the global organizational structure across Taiwan, the United States, Europe, and Asia.
• Translate corporate strategy into local execution for business, manufacturing, commercial, and operational units.
• Develop and standardize global HR frameworks, policies, and practices while maintaining local flexibility and compliance with international labor laws.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs, build a proactive global talent pipeline, and strengthen employer branding.
• Lead people analytics initiatives to diagnose organizational gaps, manage talent risks, and drive productivity improvements.
• Oversee performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in biotech, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, or similarly complex international industries.
• Proven track record of leading global HR, organizational development, or people strategy across multiple regions.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align people strategy to business objectives.
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and performance management.
